Eating well goes beyond the mainstream ideas such as consuming the appropriate fats; it means connecting more to your food by recognizing how it supports you physically and emotionally, buying from your local farmer, learning to spend more time making your own food, sharing a healthy meal with your friends. Chef Marti is trained in cooking for the everyday person who is too busy to cook, as well as for those managing illnesses and are looking to add more nutrition into their meals; whichever the case you can expect individual attention and quality food.

Personal Chef ~ organic seasonal prepared meals and snacks for your individual needs and interests. Custom order meals for the day or week.
Catering ~ small or large parites, dinners, holidays, other events. You can expect the freshest, most delicious and creative food for any occasion. Options include vegetarian, vegan, raw, fish, and grass-fed meats
Classes ~ Specialty cooking classes designed to help you be an organized, healthy, and well informed cook. Private or group classes are available. These classes can make a wonderful gift too!
