The Mindful Belly offers wellness retreats to help you unwind and get back to treating yourself well through diet, exercise and rest. A wellness retreat is a great way to step out of your daily routine in order to remind yourself how to take of yourself even when stress occurs. Our retreats combine yoga, cooking classes, BodyTalk sessions and special seminars. Meals are local, organic, seasonal and shared as a community. You’ll be able to return “home” with a greater sense of what living wellness feels like.
