This is a full body approach to cleansing unwanted toxins, restoring sanity, and regaining strength.
This reset is for anyone who has felt taxed and out of balance from the 2020 pandemic, who needs to break free from stress eating or eating inflammatory foods, who needs to invite more flow into the body, and who is looking for a built-in practice of self-care.

Marti Wolfson, CALM retreat host, Chef and Functional Nutritionist
Marti is a health-supportive chef and integrative nutritionist. She has been a leader in the culinary nutrition space for over eleven years, as a teacher, consultant, private chef, speaker, and mentor. She bridges whole foods cooking, Functional Nutrition, and mindfulness practices for preventing and healing chronic illness. Marti has a unique ability to inspire clients to discover nutritious and delicious applications in the kitchen.
She has taught for the Natural Gourmet Institute, Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Maryland University of Integrative Health, and the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. She has a chef certificate from the Natural Gourmet Institute, Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States, Pilates and Gyrotonic Certifications.

Judi Friedman, Meditation and Yoga Teacher
Judi is a Yoga Teacher, a Yoga Therapist, and a student and teacher of meditation. She has been teaching since 2003. Prior to teaching yoga and meditation, Judi was a corporate attorney for 15 years. Her decades-long struggle with chronic pain underlies Judi’s deep belief that the ancient practices of yoga and meditation can be profoundly healing—physically, emotionally and spiritually. She teaches weekly group classes, workshops and private sessions in northern Westchester, and leads annual retreats to Menla Mountain Retreat. She brings both yoga and meditation practices to women with behavioral health issues by volunteer teaching for the Mental Health Association of Westchester. Judi is passionate about making yoga and meditation accessible, transformative, joyful and safe, for everyone— regardless of age, stiffness, injury or prior experience. Judi is certified to teach yoga by the Iyengar Association of the U.S., and is also certified in yoga therapeutics for injuries, chronic pain and other medical and emotional conditions by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is a long-time student of vipassana (insight) meditation, and regularly studies with Sharon Salzberg and other leading teachers. Judi also earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Michelle Cohen-Cote, Somatic Movement Educator and Coach
Michelle Cohen-Cote, MA, founder of the Movement Forest, brings to the fields of health and wellness her belief and passion in the power of movement, somatic awareness, and transformational coaching for enhancing wellbeing and supporting the practice of integral living. She is a registered somatic movement therapist/educator, dancer, Sacred Depths Coach, Intuitive, and Healer and known for her uncanny ability to tune into movement and bodies. Michelle has been a thought leader in the movement world since 1998. She has certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic®, Body-Mind Dancing™, Dynamic Embodiment™, and Embodied Yoga and Body-Mind Centering®. She has a Master’s in Dance and Somatic Wellbeing and is a long time student of Diana Muenz Chen for spiritual studies. Michelle is currently training to become an Infant Developmental Movement Educator through the school of Body-Mind Centering® to further her work with babies and prenatal, postpartum and menopausal clients. Michelle has a very diverse private practice working with children through seniors in both virtual and in-person settings. Her holistic approach is very personalized for each client. Michelle also offers transformational coaching for clients looking to change a life situation and achieve their goals through a step-by-step mind-body approach.
