Made the Vegan Caesar dressing which was amazing (I doubled the recipe which was a good thing because you could literally drink it). I also made the green smoothie with lacinato kale, coconut water (harmless harvest), frozen pineapple, ginger, lime, avocado and cucumber. It was delicious. I was stressed when I made it a 2nd time and was out of limes but I improvised and used what I had (lemon) and it was equally as delicious. So refreshing. Thanks Marti!
