Artichoke Pesto



1 small jar artichoke heart

1 bunch basil, roughly chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

¼ cup walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or or other nuts/seeds toasted

1-2 tablespoons yellow miso paste

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Pinch of sea salt


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
