After 17 months that I avoiding carb due to causes me craving for more and binge a doctor recommended me to eat oatmeal in the morning because I don’t have enough fiber in my diet and my cholesterol a little higher I decided to try eating First I was horrified that it will cause me bingeing but surprisingly it is satisfying me and fill me up till lunch So happy

I avoid most of the food some because I don’t like some because my diet and some take to long to cook and I do not have time and don’t like cook for a long time l Am lately struggle to cook i cook for other and not find time for myself or enthusiasm so I mostly eating salad and not very happy about it worry it will cause me to fall from the wagon after I work so hard 🥲 i like the faster and simple method of cooking
